Types of the licensed works that could be performed:

• Project engineering of production facilities;
• Project engineering of buildings and facilities for housing and civil purposes;
• Project engineering of transportation construction projects;
• Project engineering of transportation infrastructure facilities and communication networks;
• Engineering of utility systems;
• Urban planning (using the right to make design for urban rehabilitation of historical development areas, except for scientific and restoration works on historical and cultural monuments);
• Project engineering (development of the technological part of projects) of construction of agricultural objects, except for enterprises of the processing industry;
• Construction design (using the right to design for capital repair and/or reconstruction of buildings and facilities, as well as reinforcement of structures for each of the following works) and engineering design;
• Architectural design of buildings and facilities of the first or second and third responsibility levels (using the right to design for architectural and restoration works, except for scientific and restoration works on historical and cultural monuments).

Construction

Types of the licensed works that could be performed:

• Construction of utilities and systems, including capital repair and reconstruction;
• Construction of roads and railways, including capital repair and reconstruction;
• Installation of technological equipment, commissioning;
• Special works in soil;
• Construction of load-bearing and (or) fences of buildings and facilities (including bridges, transport overpasses, tunnels and overhead roads, and other building structures), including capital repair and reconstruction of facilities;
• Special construction and installation works for the laying of linear facilities, including capital repair and reconstruction.

Surveys
Types of the licensed works that could be performed:

• Geotechnical and engineering and hydrogeological surveys;
• Site engineering surveys.
