The Company's branches located in Aktobe, Aksai, Atyrau and Aktau have stands to provide technical inspection and certification of steel and composite cylinders and pressure vessels used in breathing apparatus, fire extinguishers and for storage of compressed and liquefied gases etc.
The internal and external surfaces of cylinder and neck will be inspected for mechanical damage and corrosion. If necessary, corrosion could be removed with the use of special equipment. At the final stage, the cylinder will be thoroughly dried. We use the equipment of the world's leading manufacturers during the tests. The hydraulic tests will be carried out at pressures up to 50.0 mPa.
Pressure Certification of the composite cylinders will be carried out with the use of the "Water Jacket" method to identify the residual deformation of cylinder after loading with the test pressure.
